Hon. George Hees (Minister of Veterans Affairs and Minister of State (Senior Citizens)):

Mr. Speaker, I will be working very closely with the Department of National Health and Welfare and its very able Minister. We have already started having meetings together. It is with the co-operation of the Department of National Health and Welfare that the new Department of State for Seniors will be working. 1 am confident that between the two of us we will be able to produce some very good results.
