In the case of the farmer who brings his wheat to the elevator, and who is not able to agree with the elevator man as to the grade, and takes a "subject to grade" ticket, does he have anything to say as to the quality of the grain with which his grain is mixed?

Mr. McMASTER:

I add my support to the statement made by my hon. friend from Portage la Prairie (Mr. Leader). In my own county, which is a very small one, I know the municipalities have found that they are very much hampered by having to lose taxes on properties that belonged to certain soldiers which have been abandoned by them, with the taxes thereon unpaid.
