I hope I will not be regarded as taking an undue liberty if I ask the hon. gentleman on the front benches on both sides to speak louder. Tihey have pleasant little conversations with each other across the Table, but in other parts of the House we are not in the matter at all, and in order to thoroughly understand what is going on, as we would like to do, we must ask hon. gentlemen on both sides to speak louder.
