Mr. ROSS (Moose Jaw):

They have put out literature at different times, and one of their books, or at least one that they use is called "Social Planning in Canada". On page 283 of this book I find this:

Mr. ROSS (Moose Jaw):

I have not cared a little whether I ever come in here again, and I do not care now. If my constituents, or the Liberal party in my constituency wish to select another candidate for the coming election, I will do my best to elect him. On the other hand, if the Liberal party in my constituency think I can do better in the election than anyone else, then I am willing to run again. But if I were to consult my own feelings in the matter I would be glad to get out of the game right now.
