Mr. Korchinski:

My friend from Kindersley-Lloydminster (Mr. McKnight) says they did not ask for it. Of course, that is because they are powerful enough as it is. So why are they trying to introduce an amendment which is supposed to do something but really does nothing? What do they expect one extra employee to do, overrule their friends? You really have to go a mile here to imagine what this amendment is going to do.
