Mr. H. J. Murphy (Westmorland):
I should like to direct a question to the Minister of National Revenue arising out of his answer on January 4 in which he stated that the microwave connection would not be completed in the maritime provinces until February 2. This question can be taken as notice, and the minister can draw it to the attention of the C.B.C. Can the minister report to the house what progress is being made by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to have the Durelle-Anthony fight televised live in the maritime provinces? I may state that I have received about 50 telegrams from people and organizations in the Westmorland county area concerning this matter.

Mr. H. J. Murphy (Westmorland):
Mr. Speaker, I should like to direct a question to the Minister of National Revenue. Will the minister ask the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to arrange for the televising in the maritime provinces of the Yvon Durelle and Anthony boxing match to be held January 10 in the United States? Yvon Durelle is a New Brunswicker, and the people in the areas covered by television stations are most anxious to view this match.
