Will the minister inform the house if the men required in the construction of the new hump yard at Moncton will be employed through the unemployment insurance commission offices or the C.N.R. personnel office, or will they be employed in a way similar to that in which they are employed at the

Fundy national park, namely through contact with various organizations?

Would the Prime Minister inform the house what progress is being made in the reconsideration of the Canadian National Railways pension scheme, which the Prime Minister termed wholly inadequate while he was in Moncton on May 4. I may point out that he made this promise-

Mr. Speaker, I should like to direct a question to the Prime Minister. Will the Prime Minister inform the house when the government will set up a body independent of the government to regulate private radio interests to remedy the existing situation, in which the judge in the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation versus private radio disputes is indeed a party to the dispute?

Does the Prime Minister still treat this as an unimportant matter and a waste of time?
