have a question for the Prime Minister. I am repeating a question I asked several days ago, in reply to which the Prime Minister promised to make inquiries. Has the Prime Minister received a request on behalf of the province of Ontario for assistance in providing relief to the flood victims in southwestern Ontario who suffered severe damage early in February? If so, what decision has been reached?
