As a supplementary question, in view of the statement made by the minister in regard to the airports at Montreal and Toronto would he look into the crowded conditions at Victoria international airport, B.C., and make an announcement before April 4?

Mr. Speaker, I should like to direct a question to the Minister of Veterans Affairs. Would he inform the house whether the Woods committee report has been translated?

In view of the fact that it has already taken four months to complete the translation, will the minister now in any event study the report in English so that a decision may be expedited?
