Mr. BRADBURY:

These men are really the pioneers in this line; they have done excellent work; they have spent a large

amount of their own money with ia view to promoting the interests of the Empire. There is not likely to he any clash between this organization and any other similar body. They do not intend to do the work which is the object of the organization formed in Ottawa-that of looking after the rights and interests of returned soldiers. They are, however, forming clubs and libraries all over Canada for war veterans; that is the purpose of the Bill.
