Mr. Speaker, I should like to direct my question to the minister responsible for the Wheat Board, and not only in that capacity but also in his capacity as Minister of Transport. grain elevators on the prairies are plugged, plus the fact that the Canadian Wheat Board is 32 million bushels behind in export clearance-I might add that many farmers have grain stored outside, on the ground-can the minister tell the Elouse and the farmers what immediate steps the government is taking to correct this serious situation and get the grain moving?
