That the following words be added to the motion:

"We respectfully regret, however, that Your Excellency's present advisers have not indicated that they have any policy or intend to take definite and immediate steps to end the prevailing poverty and insecurity of the masses by making available to the people of Canada the great actual and potential wealth of the country."
