In connection with what the hon. member has just asked I think I could perhaps throw some light on that subject. I am interested in a farm, and while we have never bought registered seed we buy seed that is one crop removed from registered seed. We buy from someone in our own neighbourhood who has grown from registered seed the year before. In a great many cases I think you will find that what is happening is that people are using better seed but they are not necessarily buying it as registered seed.
