But we had previously shipped Canadian flour as Canadian flour. The minister told us just now that the representative of this government went there five years ago and introduced this trial shipment 5 or 6 years ago. Yet the minister stands up and says that this exhibition was the means of the introduction of Canadian flour into this market when he knew it had been introduced 4 or 5 years ago.

That may be ; but I do not think it would look proper to practical farmers-we should all try to be practical farmers -that the head of the bull is the essential decoration of the bull. I do not think we should look upon it in that light. I think we should send the animal complete in every respect.
