Mr. Speaker, I have a question for the Minister of Transport. It was intended to be supplementary to one already asked but Your Honour could not hear me a few questions ago. In view of the amazing statement the minister made a short while ago, that the government makes the decisions as to air routes, will the minister see about changing the DC-9 air routes so they stop in Regina and Saskatoon-

A supplementary question, Mr. Speaker. In view of that answer, and since apparently no decision will be made about the DC-9's at this time, would the minister consider allowing the C.P.R., or rather Canadian Pacific Airlines to fly these routes as well as Air Canada?
