Mr. GANONG.

I would suggest that the minister should consult Mr. D. B. Gosselin, a gentleman who was born in his own county, but who is now a resident of the United States, and who has been most successful in the cooling of factories and large public buildings. Mr. Gosselin has installed a system of cooling and cleansing the air in my factory which has proven most satisfactory. In some departments of my factory it is absolutely essential to have the air cool and dry, and since Mr. Gosselin introduced this system we can work at four degrees higher temperature than formerly. I think the minister should consult him about the ventilation of this chamber.
