Hon. Paul Mariineau (Poniiac-Temisca-mingue):

Mr. Speaker, I should like to put a question to the Minister of Forestry in his capacity as Acting Minister of Agriculture. He promised yesterday that the Minister of Agriculture would report on the discussions held between the federal Minister of Agriculture and the provincial Ministers of Agriculture of Ontario and Quebec, with regard to the special assistance for Ottawa valley farmers.

Can the minister make this report right now?
