The Chair would be most appreciative that when a Member is standing he waits until the debate is stopped before conducting any further debate.
I do not believe the Member had a point of order the way I heard it, which was faint because the Member's microphone was not on during his discourse. I did not detect a point of order but rather a matter of debate. I will call upon the Member to resume debate.
