I have looked into the matter recently, and I think that a small armoury ought to be located there. As to putting a vote in the supplementary estimates, I think it will be difficult to do that this year. An armoury at a place like Oakville should be constructed out of this general vote, but I am afraid there will be nothing left of this particular amount. But, next year, I should hope that there might be money for that purpose.

The promoter of the Bill, Dr. Johnston, as most of the members are aware, has been ill for a week or ten days, and may not be here on Monday ; but I do not know any reason why the Bill should not be allowed to stand.
