Mr. Masters:

Mr. Speaker, I hesitate to interrupt the debate, but I would ask unanimous consent of the House to present the first report of the Standing Committee on Communications and Culture, which is prepared in both official languages. The subject matter concerns the taxation of visual and performing artists and writers. With the permission of the House I would like to present the report now.

Mr. Masters:

Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. I wonder if the Hon. Member for Simcoe South (Mr. Stewart) might wish to have his vote not reported, as he came long after the vote started.
