Because the hon. gentleman stated in the course of his remarks that it was not a valid deposit. That is further than any of these opinions have gone yet. Now, the Solicitor General, I think, misapprehended the decision of the trial judges with regard to this election case. They simply decided that the two petitions should be tried separately.
