On a point of order, Mr. Chairman, I would ask you to be very lenient with the hon. member for Lapointe (Mr. Gregoire), because he is an expert in financial matters, and he has proved it in the past. He sold pens, he went to France to raise funds for the separatist movement. He is an expert in financial matters.
