Mr. WEBB:

I am interested in the building of cheese factories. This refers to standardization of cheese pressing equipment, reconstruction of cheese factories and so on. Does this take in all that?

While the parliamentary assistant is looking up those figures, I see there is a reduction of $200,000 on premiums for high quality cheese. Is there any reason for that?

Mr. WEBB:

I think we had better start all over again, Mr. Chairman. There are two items here. All we are trying to do is to have those two items split up. There is a subsidy for construction, et cetera, and then there is a premium on high quality cheese. The parliamentary assistant must be amalgamating them there somewhere.
