Mr. WEBB:

I note that the explanatory note to schedule E reads:

Mallorytown landing park One of St. Lawrence islands parks

. . . The provincial government secured and transferred to the dominion a small area adjoining the park in compensation for the area taken up by the right of way for the highway.

I take it that this roadway went through part of the old park, and that in lieu of that the provincial government bought land by way of compensation. I should like to have that confirmed, and also the date of the transaction.
