1. What provinces have taken advantage of the act of 1938 intituled "The Municipal Improvements Assistance Act," authorizing the borrowing of moneys by municipalities at a rate of 2 per cent per annum, on the guarantee of the province interested?

2. What provinces refused to give such guarantee to the dominion government?

3. What is the total amount loaned by the dominion government in each of the said provinces which have taken advantage of the said law?
