Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. As one who comes from a 911 area, who supports this bill and the position put forward by people like Barry Mather, the former NDP member, and the hon. member for Burnaby-Richmond-Delta (Mr. Reynolds), I should like to know if we are to be given an opportunity to discuss this bill. The inherent value of this bill ought to be obvious as the 911 service is already being used in nine or ten Canadian communities. In the case of Kitchener-Waterloo, despite what the hon. member for Niagara Falls (Mr. Young) suggests-

1. Has the Minister oi Transport urged Canadian air carriers to use domestic wines on all flights?

2. Will the Minister consider urging all Canadian air carriers to use Canadian cheeses in place of foreign cheeses on all flights and, if not, for what reason?

3. Will the Minister consider urging all restaurants and duty-free shops who lease space in Canadian airports to stock Canadian wines and cheeses and, if not, for what reason?
