Mr. Flynn:

Mr. Speaker, with all due deference to the hon. member I do not think our member was the only one elected in a by-election so he is giving incorrect information. This is a distortion of information and he should give it correctly. If he just got up to tell off the minister, he is wrong.

Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. We have heard our Minister of Agriculture (Mr. Whelan) trying to explain very carefully the many agreements we have made across Canada, but members of the opposition are not willing to let him tell his story. I think he has much to say and we should let him say it without interruption.
