Mr. Gerard Duquel (Quebec East):
Mr. Speaker, may I direct a question to the Minister of Public Works?
In he Soleil, last Thursday, January 20, an article appeared saying that accommodations at the Quebec main post office were inadequate for the employees as well as for the public. I would like to know whether the minister has read the article, whether conditions are such as described and what he proposes to do to remedy the situation?
Hon. G. J. Mcllraiih (Minister of Public
Works): As soon as the hon. member drew the article in question to my attention, I immediately took steps to have an investigation made. A start has been made already on remedying the situation.
