1. Owing to the inundation of the public roadway extending from the parish of St. Zotique towards River Beaudette, in the county of Soul-anges, which is caused by the overflowing waters of Lake St. Francis, as a result of the dam which was necessarily built in order to protect the construction work of the canal, and to which the attention of the Government has been directed for several years, is it the intention of the Government to raise the said public roadway?
