Mr. BURROWS.

The tug which was bought by the government was one which had been used on Lake Manitoba for a series of years, a tug called the ' Carberry,' and operated, by the quarry company. This quarry company went out of existence and they sold the tug, I think, at a cheap rate to the government. The government bought the tug instead of building a new one.
