I should like to direct a question to the Acting Postmaster General or his parliamentary assistant, arising out of the recent withdrawal of certain scheduled trains in Nova Scotia. Will the minister give consideration to the position of mail couriers where contract rates paid are related to the frequency of train service with a view to avoiding reductions in rates during the term of the contract because of the withdrawal of trains?
