Mr. STANFIELD.

We have passed four or five items for militia buildings, and I think the Minister of Militia should be here to explain them. The Minister of Railways told me yesterday he did not think there would be enough money to put up a new station at Truro. I protest against these expenditures when there are other places where buildings are more urgently needed.
