Mr. OASGRAIN:

We have not had a

satisfactory answer from the minister.

Mr. 'CAHAN: If the hon. member wishes

a certified copy of a bill he will have to pay the clerk of parliaments a certain prescribed fee. But if he is content with a printed copy as issued by the departments to libraries and public bodies he may obtain such copies by spending the price of a postage stamp.
