Well, Sir, I will have to postpone the remarks I intended to make, but I shall never rest easy until I have that question discussed in the House. I wpuld like to say, Mr. Speaker, that I am not at all in favour of the resolution of the hon. member (Mr. Reid), for I do not think it would improve matters in any shape or form. I believe that the manner in which tenders are opened at the present time is good enough for Canada and that the people are well satisfied with it.
