Mr. MACKENZIE:

The answer is definitely in the affirmative. For the last year or year and a half that question has been very much before the government of Canada. I myself received a delegation from the students of the University of British Columbia, who were, I may say, a very fine delegation, with reference to the question. I am sure that officials of the department have received other representations, but the question is actively under study at the present time.
