I share the views of the hon. member for New Westminster, and I believe the hon. member for Brantford has sensed the feeling of this chamber in respect of another similar bill. He has assured us that all he is asking is a change of name. I think we shall be saving the time of the committee to-night by changing the name according to his suggestion.
