I know that the majority must rule, but at the same time the minority have rights which it is their duty to fight for. I am not a lawyer but a business man, and I want to see the business of the House expedited.

I honestly stated that I know very little about the Bill but notwithstanding that the hon. gentleman has been with the Bill throughout the committee stage I seem to know more about it than he does. I think the hon. gentleman should not be so ready to correct without reason a novice such as I am.
