I wish to put a question to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General.
To meet the wishes of several Canadian members, is it the minister's intention to reconsider his decision on the omnibus bill so as to allow a separate vote on abortion and homosexuality and to hold a free vote on these two questions of morals and conscience?
