I should like to direct a question to the Minister of Transport. Will the minister say whether, as a result of the meeting with the prairie premiers, it has now been agreed to have an independent inquiry, separate from the board of transport commissioners, into the whole question of rail branch line abandonment?

On the point of order, Mr. Speaker, is it not in order to ask the Minister of Agriculture to explain this tremendous drop in export sales of wheat, and whether anything is being done about it.
