Mr. MARTIN:

Last spring I went across Victoria bridge and I found four or five feet of water on that road. In the early spring we find about fifty feet of ice on the road and it stops traffic there for six or seven days. It is the only way of reaching Montreal from the south side of the St. Lawrence. Is it the intention to spend this money during next summer?
