Mr. Speaker, once again, my colleague's comments distort somewhat what was the truth. First, the responsibility of Canada Post Corporation is to guarantee the best service at the lowest cost possible. In that regard, the Minister has thoroughly consulted most regions in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada, which led to a corporate plan highlighting the results of those recommendations.
