Mr. CAMPBELL:

Just before six o'clock

the minister stated to the hon. member for West Middlesex (Mr., Elliott) that a large part of this vote was being used for items under the Public Works Construction Act of last year for which the estimates were not high enough, and he also stated that there were many other items under the Public Works Construction Act of last year the estimates for which were a little more than the amounts required. I was wondering what happens to the money provided by these votes.
