Would the hon. gentleman allow me to put a question? Does he think it right to lay at the door of all the members from this side of the province of Ontario the statement that the followers of the government who come from Quebec are disloyal, simply because one or two have made it?

Will the minister tell us how this building is to be fitted up ? At a cost of .$90,000 it must be a palace.

Land seems to be so valuable in these western cities that I should have thought the government would have sold this site, which I understand is close to one of the leading hotels and bought at the outskirts of the city where they could have secured a site much more cheaply.
