Mr. Speaker, may I direct a question to the Minister of Transport. In view of the derailment which took place on the C.N.R. in Newfoundland in the last few days, and in view of other similar occurrences which have taken place all too frequently recently, will the minister have a full investigation made into these derailments and report back to the house?
