Mr. Speaker, as far as I know the reports in the press are based upon sound foundation. The particulars of the negotiations which have taken place between the various countries as to the fixing of the date are obviously not made public but it is clear now that the conference will not meet in November as expected. As far as I am aware at the moment, no date has been fixed.
