Votre devoue depute a Ottawa, M. Franqois-Joseph Lafleche, sera present et adressera la parole. Tous les courriers ruraux et entrepreneurs de malles, soit de bureau de poste a bureau de poste, ou de gare au bureau de poste, sont ins-tamment pries d'assister a cette assemblee^ ou Ton discutera de questions eoncernant l'amelio-ration de la situation des courriers ruraux. Qu'on soit present a tout prix!

Mail Contractors Association Meeting Richmond, Que., December 22, 1931.
Dear Sir,
An Association meeting of all the Mail Contractors for the County will be held in Richmond, in the Town Hall, on Tuesday evening, December 22nd, at eight o'clock.
Your Worthy Representative, and member of Parliament, Mr. Francois Joseph Lafleche, will be present and address the meeting.
All the Rural mail contractors, and The Post Office to Post Office mail contractors, and the Post Office to Railway Station Mail Contractors, are urgently requested to attend the meeting as matters of great benefit to the mail contractors will be discussed.
Kindly arrange to attend this meeting without fail. _
