Mr. BENNETT:

My memory is-and I think I am accurate-there is none of them dealing with other than the expenditure of money, and with respect to money expenditure the basis for all such expenditures except, I think, with respect to the item I mentioned, will 'be found in the printed report that has been before the house some time. When there is any order in council passed under the provision relating to peace, order and good government, I shall endeavour to direct special attention to it.
