Mr. Speaker, the hon. member for West Lambton (Mr. Gray) yesterday asked a question in connection with a return. This return was passed on June 17, was completed to-day and has been handed to the Secretary of State (Mr. Cahan) to be presented to the house in due course, presumably on Monday.
