Mr. JEAN FRANCOIS POULIOT (Temiscouata) :

May I direct your attention, Mr. Speaker, to another occurrence during the same sitting of the house. This is a matter which will be of interest to all hon. members. When on June 1, question 59 was called, it was answered by the minister of Public Works, and at the same time the right hon. Prime Minister called "Order for return." In Hansard of that day, at pages 2198 and 2199, there appears the answer to the question, while in the votes and proceedings of the same day there is the order for return, which already had been answered in Hansard. I would like to take the part of the ministers and ask my right hon. friend the Prime Minister to give them a freer hand in the house. Then I have another question.
