Mr MOTHERWELL:

I think the complaint is that the owners of small sugar bushes will not be able to get 'the proper analysis of their syrup in order to protect themselves. As far as that is concerned, under the regulations of the Department of Public Health sugars have to be of a certain quality to comply with the food laws. There is no change in that respect whatever.
